Mauri DiMeo

Mauri DiMeo is a full time guide and U.S. Army veteran specializing in mountain warfare and endurance performance. He served 12 years as a Ranger-qualified infantry officer and now leads Tactical Alpinism, an education platform bridging mountain guiding, tactical performance, and human physiology. Mauri holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on endurance physiology from the University of Nevada, Reno, has coached tactical, collegiate, and professional athletes and has spent years teaching in a university setting. An AMGA Certified Ski Guide, and aspirant mountain guide, Mauri combines his academic teaching background, military operational risk management experience and professional guiding to create a unique, reality based learning environment
